• We work together by forming a contract of work which can be as short or as long as you need. This can be amended by mutual agreement. Our rates are usually calculated on daily basis, however we understand that each client or business is unique. Contact us to discuss this in more detail and how we can help.

• Once terms are agreed and a contract is formed between you and us. We will also offer an Non Disclosure Agreement to protect your business confidentiality. We can provide one if you don't have one in place. Note: You may have a supplier contract process in place already in which case we can support those documents where applicable and if suitable.

• If we need to provide additional resource for the statement of work. We can work with you on this. Nothing will be agreed without express consent by all parties. We will source and provide vetted individuals.

Our clients needs are important to us and we strive to deliver a first class service. You will have a direct contact for your business where you can discuss anything.

Once an agreement is in place, we start working with you. Invoices will be created for the work agreed and sent to you for payment. These are usually to be paid within 30 days of the invoice being sent to you. We can work together on the best way to do this.
